Exports are expected to decrease by 1.1% year on year CAGR from $18.5 million in 2021 to $17.6 million in 2026. Since 1997, Hungarian demand for whisky has grown by 6.6% year on year. Meanwhile, supply has risen by 30.2% since 2000. In 2021, Hungary ranked 93rd in the world for whisky exports, with Kazakhstan coming in ahead at $18.5 million. The United States, Singapore and Ireland followed in second, third and fourth place.
