Belarusian exports of candy are set to drop by 9% over the next five years, from 5.2 million kilograms in 2021 to just over 3 million kilograms in 2026. Since 2003, the country has seen a continuous 2% decrease in supply. In 2021, Belarus ranked 53rd, with Bulgaria leading the way with 5.2 million kilograms. China, Mexico and Belgium occupied the next three positions. Imports of candy to Belarus, on the other hand, are set to grow by 3% between 2021 and 2026, from 29.5 million kilograms to 35.7 million kilograms. Compared to 2003, demand has risen by 9%. In 2021, the United Arab Emirates led with 29.5 million kilograms, with the United Kingdom, Germany and the Netherlands occupying the next three slots.
