Armenian chocolate exports are expected to reach around $27 million by 2026, up from $20 million in 2021. This represents an average growth rate of 4.9% year-on-year since 2004. In 2021, Armenia ranked 61st in the world, overtaken by Israel, who exported around $20 million. Belgium, Italy and the Netherlands came in at second, third and fourth place respectively. Meanwhile, chocolate imports into Armenia are predicted to reach $51 million by 2026, up from $46 million in 2021. This growth rate is 1.9% year-on-year since 2002. In 2021, Armenia ranked 69th in the world, with Macedonia slightly ahead at $46 million. Second, third and fourth place were occupied by Germany, France and the UK respectively.
