In 2021, the country was ranked 109, behind Saint Lucia ($42 million). Belgium, Italy and the Netherlands were the top three exporters. Meanwhile, chocolate imports to Albania are expected to increase slightly each year, from $16 million in 2021 to nearly $18 million by 2026. Since 2001, imports have decreased by 2%. In 2021, the country was ranked 96, behind Iran ($16 million). Germany, France and the United Kingdom were the top three importers.
