Laos is set to surpass Tunisia in 2021, with a production of 17,740 metric tons. Brazil, Thailand and China remain the top three producers, respectively. By 2026, Tunisia is expected to produce 21,760 metric tons of sugar, representing an average year-on-year growth rate of 3.4%.
