Olive consumption in Ecuador reached 1,000 metric tons in 2018, up from 2017's 1,000 metric tons. This put the country in 63rd place— just behind Colombia, which consumed 1,000 metric tons. The top three olive-consuming countries were Italy, the United States and Greece.
