In 2021, Bosnia was ranked 36th, behind Azerbaijan's 813 metric tons. Italy, Morocco, and Greece were the top three producers. Bosnia's olive consumption reached 1,000 metric tons in 2018, up from 1,000 metric tons the year before. The country was ranked 63rd, behind Serbia's 1,000 metric tons. Italy, the United States, and Greece were the top three consumers.
