The UAE is set to consume 11.5 thousand metric tons of olives by 2026, an increase of 2% on average each year. Since 2017, demand has risen by 3.6% annually. In 2021, the UAE ranked 31st in olive consumption, behind Ukraine which consumed 10 thousand metric tons. Italy, the US and Greece were the top three consumers respectively.
