Consumption of soybean oil in Ukraine has seen a dramatic decrease of 50% in 2021, compared to 2020. This decrease follows a 34.1% drop in demand since 2017. Ukraine ranked 96th in 2021, with Norway taking the lead at 2 thousand metric tons. Behind Norway, China, India and Brazil took the next three spots in the ranking. Production of soybean oil in Ukraine is expected to reach 315,550 metric tons by 2026. This is an increase of 3.2% year on year. Since 1997, Ukrainian production has grown 8.2% annually. In 2021, Ukraine ranked 22nd, with Canada in the lead at 261,240 metric tons. The United States, Brazil and Argentina took the next three spots in the ranking.
