Mustard consumption is set to drop slightly over the next few years, according to a new report. By 2026, it is expected to reach around 230 million euros, down from 234 million euros in 2020. This represents an average decrease of 0.3% year-on-year. Demand has also been falling at a rate of 0.4% each year. France, Poland and Romania were the top three countries for mustard consumption in 2020.
