Romania was the largest producer that year, outpacing the United States, Mexico and Egypt, which occupied the second, third and fourth spots respectively. Since 1966, Israel's annual strawberry output has been increasing by an average of 0.1%. By 2026, it is expected to reach 25,080 metric tons.
