Production of lemons in Jamaica is projected to reach 26,020 metric tons by 2026, growing at an average rate of 0.1 percent year-on-year. This would represent a 0.1 percent increase from 1966. Jamaica was ranked 39th in 2021, however Honduras overtook it with 25,870 metric tons. China, Mexico and Argentina occupied positions 2, 3 and 4 respectively in this ranking.
