Cambodia is set to produce 3,140 metric tons of lemons by 2026. This marks a 0.8% year-on-year growth rate, which has been steady since 1966. In 2021, Cambodia was ranked 74th in lemon production, with the Central African Republic ahead at 2,990 metric tons. China, Mexico and Argentina ranked second, third and fourth respectively. In 2018, the country's lemon consumption was close to 3,000 metric tons, down from 3,000 metric tons in 2017.
