Israel's mango production is set to reach around 64,000 metric tons by 2026. This marks a 2.4% increase from 2021, when the country produced around 56,000 metric tons. Since 1966, Israel's mango output has grown by an average of 4.5% each year. In 2021, it was the world's 39th largest producer of mangoes. Costa Rica overtook it, producing 55,810 metric tons that year. Indonesia, China, and Mexico were the next three largest producers, with Indonesia in second place.
