Oman’s mango production is set to rise in the coming years. In 2021, the country was ranked 54th in the world with 17,020 metric tons of production. This figure is projected to grow to 19,090 metric tons by 2026, increasing at an average rate of 1.9% year-on-year. Since 1966, Oman’s mango production has steadily increased, growing at a rate of 1.7% year-on-year. Indonesia, China, and Mexico were the second, third, and fourth-ranked countries respectively in 2021. Burkina Faso overtook Oman in the same year with 17,020 metric tons of production.
