Algerian productions of peaches are on the rise. In 2021, the country produced 210,600 metric tons of peaches, making it the 11th biggest producer in the world. This is an increase of 4.5% on average since 1966. By 2026, Algeria is projected to produce 234,830 metric tons of peaches, a 1.8% increase year on year. South Korea was the biggest producer in 2021, with Spain, Italy, and Greece coming in at 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place respectively.
