In 2021, Iran ranked sixth in the world for peach production, with 591,170 metric tons. The United States was the top producer at the same time, with the same amount. Spain, Italy and Greece occupied the next three spots. By 2026, the amount of peaches produced in Iran is expected to reach 593,980 metric tons.
