Finnish banana consumption is expected to reach 110,000 metric tons by 2026. In 2021, it was 103,000 metric tons – an increase of 1.7% a year since 2017. This places Finland 69th in the global ranking, behind Bolivia at 103,000 metric tons. The top three countries for banana consumption are China, Indonesia and Brazil.
