Since 2019, Korea's demand for wine has seen a year-on-year increase of 0.6%. In the global ranking for 2023, Korea placed 45th, just behind Lithuania, which also consumed about 34,000 metric tons. France, the United States, and Italy secured the second, third, and fourth positions, respectively, in the global wine consumption rankings.
