Chilean asparagus production is set to drop by 1.2% year on year, reaching 10,170 metric tons by 2026. In 2021, the country's supply of 10,920 metric tons ranked 16th in the world, with Argentina ahead with the same amount. Peru, Mexico, and Germany followed as the second, third and fourth biggest producers respectively. Since 1987, Chile's production has grown by 0.5% year on year.
