Argentina's asparagus production is set to rise by 1.5% annually over the next five years. The country has seen a 2.3% year-on-year increase since 1966. In 2021, Argentina was the fourteenth largest producer of asparagus, with 12,220 metric tons. Poland overtook the country, producing 12,220 metric tons, followed by Peru, Mexico and Germany. By 2026, Argentina is expected to reach 13,370 metric tons.
