Swiss asparagus production is set to reach a whopping 792 metric tons by 2026. In 2021, the country was ranked number 29 with 723 metric tons, behind the Philippines. Since 2008, Swiss production has jumped 3.4% on average each year. Peru, Mexico and Germany took the second, third and fourth spots in the ranking.
