Filipina asparagus production fell by a dramatic 57.7% in 2021, to 309 metric tons - a 32.3% decrease since 1994. This placed the country in 36th place, behind Macedonia (309 metric tons). Peru, Mexico and Germany came in second, third and fourth respectively.
