By 2026, Canadian cucumber production is expected to remain at its current level of 59,300 metric tons. This follows a gradual decline since 1966, when production was 1.6% lower year-on-year. In 2021, Canada ranked 47th in cucumber production, with Saudi Arabia taking the lead at 59,360 metric tons. Russia, Ukraine and Mexico followed at second, third and fourth respectively.
