Korean cucumber production is expected to reach 433,220 metric tons by 2026, according to a new report. This is a 1.2% increase from the 402,960 metric tons produced in 2021. Since 1966, Korean cucumber production has grown 3.8% annually. In 2021, the Netherlands overtook Korea in terms of production, achieving 402,960 metric tons. Russia, Ukraine, and Mexico were the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th highest producers, respectively.
