Cucumber production in Honduras is set to decrease by 5.4% year on year by 2026, dropping from 27,800 metric tons in 2021 to 20,140 metric tons. The country has seen a 3.2% year on year decrease in cucumber production since 1995. Honduras was number 66 in the 2021 ranking of cucumber production, with Serbia overtaking the country by 27,800 metric tons. Russia, Ukraine and Mexico came in at numbers 2, 3 and 4 respectively.
