Norwegian cucumber production is on the rise. In 2021 it reached 18,670 metric tons, a 1.3% increase from 1966. This puts Norway at number 73 in the global rankings, with Jamaica ahead of them at 18,670 metric tons. Russia, Ukraine and Mexico were ranked 2, 3 and 4 respectively. By 2026, Norwegian cucumber production is projected to reach nearly 20,000 metric tons, representing a 1% year-on-year increase.
