Estonia's cucumber production is set to fall 2.6% year on year on average to around 5,900 metric tons by 2026. This follows a 4.2% year on year drop since 1997. Cyprus overtook Estonia in 2021, producing 6,820 metric tons of cucumbers. Russia, Ukraine and Mexico respectively ranked numbers 2, 3 and 4 in this ranking.
