Production is expected to increase from 252,390 metric tons in 2021 to nearly 276,000 metric tons over the next five years. This equates to an average growth rate of 1.5% year on year. Since 1997, cucumber production in Azerbaijan has grown steadily at a rate of 3% annually. In 2021, Germany overtook Azerbaijan, with 252,390 metric tons. Russia, Ukraine and Mexico followed in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place respectively.
