Emirati cucumber production is set to reach a total of around 102,430 metric tons by 2026. This figure is a 3.9% year-on-year average growth from the 81,450 metric tons recorded in 2021. Since 1972, the supply of cucumbers in the UAE has seen an 18.1% year-on-year rise. This made the country the 41st biggest producer of cucumbers in 2021, overtaking Mali. Russia, Ukraine and Mexico ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively in the same ranking.
