Serbian cucumber production is set to drop 8.6% year-on-year to around 17,000 metric tons by 2026. This is a significant decrease from the 29,210 metric tons reported in 2021, when Serbia ranked 65th in the list of global producers. South Africa overtook Serbia with its 2021 production of 29,210 metric tons. Russia, Ukraine and Mexico ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th in the list, respectively. Since 2011, Serbian cucumber production has dropped 11.9% year-on-year.
