Meanwhile, Mozambique's potato production is projected to reach 377,110 metric tons by 2026, with an average annual growth rate of 2.3%. This would place the country in 78th position, behind Mali which had 329,130 metric tons in 2021. India, Russia and Ukraine occupy the top three positions in terms of potato production.
