Paraguay is set to produce 4,680 metric tons of potatoes in 2026, a 2.1% increase from 2021, when it produced 4,130 metric tons. Since 1966, production has risen 2.7% each year. Paraguay was ranked 133rd in 2021, with the Democratic Republic of the Congo ahead at 4,130 metric tons. India, Russia and Ukraine were second, third and fourth in the ranking respectively.
