Slovak potato production is expected to reach 131,300 metric tons by 2026, down 3.4% year-on-year on average since 1998. In 2021, Slovakia placed 93rd in the global rankings, with Uganda ahead at 161,000 metric tons. India, Russia and Ukraine ranked second, third and fourth, respectively.
