Saudi potato production is projected to reach 498,630 metric tons by 2026, growing 0.8% annually since 1966. In 2021, the country was the 61st largest producer with 474,290 metric tons. Venezuela ranked higher in production, with India, Russia, and Ukraine coming in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th respectively.
