Belarusian potato production is projected to fall by 1.4% year on year to 5.34 million metric tons by 2026. Since 1997, the country's supply has decreased by 0.6% annually. In 2021, Poland had the largest production of 5.82 million metric tons. India, Russia and Ukraine followed in second, third and fourth place.
