Ghana is set to produce 119,050 metric tons of cashews by 2026, according to a CAGR report. This is a 2.9 percent increase from 2021, when the country produced 100,280 metric tons. Since 1992, Ghanaian cashew production has grown by 5.1 percent each year. In 2021, the country was ranked 14th, while Mozambique took the top spot with 100,280 metric tons. India, Burundi, and Vietnam rounded out the top four.
