Seafood processing consumption is set to reach around €4 billion by 2026, according to a new report. This figure is up 0.5% year on year from €3.9 billion in 2020, as demand rose 1% year on year. Spain, Germany and Poland are the top three countries in the ranking, taking the number 2, 3 and 4 spots respectively.
