Mozambique's frozen fish exports are expected to grow by 0.4% year-on-year to reach $1.4 million by 2026. This follows a 10.8% year-on-year decrease since 2005. In 2021, the country ranked 76th, with Brunei overtaking it at $1.4 million. Russia, the US and Chile ranked second, third and fourth, respectively. Meanwhile, Mozambique's frozen fish imports are estimated to grow by 1.9% year-on-year to reach $76 million by 2026. This follows a 3% year-on-year increase since 2005. In 2021, the country ranked 46th, with Senegal ahead at $68 million. Japan, Thailand and South Korea came in second, third and fourth, respectively.
