In the latest rankings for 2023, the country was positioned at 32nd place. Notably, Haiti surpassed it with emissions also totaling 2.2 million metric tons. Leading the rankings, Malaysia, Poland, and Kazakhstan secured the second, third, and fourth spots, respectively.
