In 2021, Lithuania ranked 56th in global pasta imports, after Colombia took the lead with $20.6 million. Germany, France and the UK followed in the rankings at number 2, 3 and 4 respectively. Meanwhile, Lithuanian pasta exports are expected to hit $44 million by 2026, compared to $36.4 million in 2021. On average, exports have grown by an impressive 8.3% year-on-year since 1999. In 2021, Lithuania ranked 35th in global pasta exports, with Peru taking the lead at $36.4 million. China, South Korea and Thailand followed in the rankings at number 2, 3 and 4.
