Since 2000, Icelander demand for catering services has decreased by 3% annually. Icelander catering revenue hit €35.5 million in 2018, up from €21 million in 2017. This placed Iceland 21st in the ranking, with Slovenia in first position at €35.5 million. Germany, France and Spain followed in second, third and fourth place, respectively.
