Norway ranked 37th in 2021, while Slovenia had the most glass fibre exports of 952,040 kilograms. Belgium, Germany and Saudi Arabia were the next three biggest exporters respectively. Imports of glass fibre into Norway are projected to grow 3% each year to around 12.1 million kilograms by 2026. Since 1998, demand has risen by 6.1% annually. Norway was 43rd in the 2021 ranking, with Malta having the largest imports of 10.1 million kilograms. The next three biggest importers were China, Belgium and Germany respectively.
