This figure is slightly down from the 1.4% year-on-year decrease since 2012. The UAE's export of glass fiber is projected to reach 42 million kilograms by 2026, a 3.4% increase on the 34.2 million kilograms exported in 2021. This is an impressive 20.4% year-on-year increase since 2012. The country was ranked 6th in 2021, with Spain taking the top spot with 34.2 million kilograms. Belgium, Germany, and Saudi Arabia were ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively.
