In 2018, Lebanese exports of glass fiber jumped by 37.5%, from 18,700 kilograms in 2017 to 25,720 kilograms. Since 2002, Lebanese supply has increased by 5.7% year on year. Lebanon was 68th in the global ranking of glass fiber exporters in 2018, while Guatemala overtook them with 25,720 kilograms. Belgium, Germany, and Saudi Arabia were the top three exporters in the same year.
