This growth has been particularly impressive since 2018, with demand rising a staggering 72.8% year on year. In 2021, Mongolia was placed 57th in the global ranking, with Denmark in the top spot at 21,790 kilograms. Germany, Japan and Nigeria followed, coming in second, third and fourth respectively.
