Armenian maize production in 2021 totalled 3,940 metric tons, a decrease of 15.8% compared to 2020, when it was 4,680 metric tons. Since 1997, the country's maize supply has fallen 28.5% year on year. Armenia fell to 136th place in the global ranking, overtaken by Trinidad and Tobago, which produced 3,940 metric tons. China, Brazil and Argentina took the top three spots, respectively.
