Since 2019, Tajikistan's demand for alcoholic drinks has remained stable, showing no significant changes. In 2023, the country was ranked 90th globally in terms of alcoholic beverage consumption. Burkina Faso surpassed Tajikistan with an equivalent consumption of 6,000 metric tons. On the global stage, India, Japan, and Russia hold the second, third, and fourth positions, respectively, in the ranking of alcoholic drink consumption.
