The import of cocoa into Bosnia is set to increase in the next five years. Last year, the country imported 831,510 kilograms of cocoa, placing them 40th in the global ranking. El Salvador led the way with the most imports, while the United States, Malaysia and Germany respectively followed at numbers two, three and four. Since 2008, however, Bosnia's demand has decreased by an average of 5% each year. But analysts predict that the import of cocoa into the country will grow at a rate of 3.3% annually, reaching 1.03 million kilograms by 2026.
