Japanese tin imports are set to reach around $541 million by 2026, up 0.4% year on year. This follows a 3.1% year on year increase since 1993. Exports of tin from Japan are forecast to reach $83 million by 2026, a 0.1% year on year average rate. Supply has grown 0.9% year on year since 1993. In 2021, Japan was the 14th biggest exporter of tin, overtaken by Spain, which exported $83 million. Malaysia, Peru and Singapore were the second, third and fourth largest exporters respectively.
